THE subscriber would respectfully invite public
attention to the new and beautiful pictures
which he is now taking at his rooms in Exchange
Building. These pictures are taken on fine plate
Glass, and rendered imperishable by cementing to
another glass, with the picture inside. They are
bold, clear and distinct, are not reversed, and will
not change in any climate. We are enabled to
take better likenesses of Children by this process,
as we can operate in one-fifth the time required to
take a Daguerreotype. Copies taken of Daguerre-
otypes, Portraits, &c. Pictures taken of deceased
persons and invalids at their residences. Please
call and examine specimens. Prices reasonable.
   Instruction given in the art.
                                  W. D. McPHERSON.
